This beer is an homage to the sour and wild ales of Belgium that traditionally consisted of blended 1,2,and 3 year old beers to achieve a complex, acidic, refreshing masterpiece. It is an American interpretation of that beer style and is a blend of mixed culture beers using similar ingredients.

50cl bottle pours a bath water yellow, spitty white head. Head fades quick. Nose has big tropicals, pineapple, candy, lacks some funk and depth. Tastes way more like a tripel than a sour: candy, tropicals, more booze than you'd think. Finishes with some mild acid.

Lemon and unripe peach. Pretty well balanced, and rich profile. Hazy orange pour with ok head. Light tart finish. Bottle.

From a bottle shared at a RB tasting. Pours a pale slightly hazy pale gold. Aromas of grape skins. Flavors are slightly tart grapes.
