Days Gone By is a traditional Belgian tripel with a distinctly American hopping. A colloration between Hellbender and St. Feuillien, the beer starts with a 100% pilsen malt base, and is lightly spiced with Indian coriander. Days Gone By is then hopped and dry-hopped with Citra, Amarillo, Idaho 7, and Azacca. Both breweries use the revolutionary Meura mash filter.

Draft pour at the 2017 DC Beer Festival. Poured a mostly clear dark yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was sweet fruity notes, with funky Belgian character. Flavor had a nice fruit note, light dried fruits with a touch of alcohol to it.
