Sampled at Ocelot’s 2nd anniversary party, nitro pours an opaque black with some creamy, beige head. Maple nose, toasty, birch, wood, a little maple sugar. Flavor is maple sugar candies, molasses, toasted nuts, grainy bread. Full bodied, sweet finish.

4 oz pour at Ocelot. Dark brown-black color with a light tan head. So much maple aroma! Toffee, caramel malts. Not much roast. Flavor was like maple syrup candy - the kind that comes hard and crystallized. Light roast finish. Very good.

4 oz pour on nitro at Ocelot. Dark brownish black with light tan head. Aromas of maple, roasted coffee, milk chocolate, caramel. Tastes of maple, caramel, roasted coffee, grains. Medium body with a dry finish. Nice.
