750ml bottle at the December 2016 DC area cider tasting. Poured a clear yellow color, not much of a head - pretty much still. Light funky bits to this one. Touch of dusty barnhouse.

Bottle shared at the RateBeer DC Cider tasting. Clear straw yellow. Aromas of apples, light funk and Brett. Tastes of apples, champagne, light Brett. Light body with a dry finish.

Sampled at the DC Gathering pours a hazy gold with no head. Nose has spice, apples, lemon, some candle. Flavor has apple, pear, lemon, honey, a little white wine. Finishes oily and tart.
