12oz bottle at the December 2016 DC area cider tasting. Light fizzy character, small white head, wispy. Aroma was light crisp Apple, some mild herbal hop notes. Lightly refreshing, tasty.

Pours a crystal clear with a scant head. Aroma of apple peel and mint. Flavors of vanilla and apple. Smooth and crisp.

On tap at Black Squirrel NKOTB event, pours a totally clear light gold with no head and some fizzy carb. Nose has more Asian pear than apple, white grape, candlewax, light lemon. Flavor has some apples and pears, lemon, mild candy, some seltzer, lime. Slick finish. Well balanced.

4 oz pour on draft at Spacebar. Clear yellow. Aromas of subtle hops, apples. Tastes of apples, light sugar, subtle hops. Light body with a dry finish. Very subtle on the hops but still tasty.
