50cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of grainy malt, straw, spicy hops. Taste of dry grainy malt, straw, mild spicy bitterness.

*Old rating, best before 08.01.08. Etwas metallisch-wirkendes, neutral-herbes Pils. Sehr süffig, leicht würzig, etwas flach.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear medium yellow colour with a green note, a large, frothy and speaking, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay - grass, toasted, light hoppy, grass - hay. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111128]

Gertiger Hopfenantrunk, der nur eine minimale Bitterkeit aufweist. Der Akzent liegt weiter auf dem Hopfen, bittere Noten spielen ab dem Mittelteil keine Rolle mehr. Leider ist der Hopfen nicht aromatisch genug um als alleiniges Aroma für Genuss zu sorgen, so treten am Rand trockene Blechnoten auf, die den Hopfen spürbar belästigen und den süffigen Fluss stören. Dennoch alles in allem ein schmackhaftes Pils, das, anders als die meisten anderen Biere der Gegend, seine Betonung auf den Hopfen legt. 9/9/9/8/9/9

Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of both malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of straw. The body is a bit thin.

Bottle. Grassy hop nose. Hazy pale golden, cramy lacing whire head. Light in the flavor department, a bit citric, non-commital. Lightbodied, flatish. Quite drinkable but not super-exiting. Slightly sulphury retronasal.
