This version has West Coast tendencies of Petaluma more than it does from Chico. Featuring Citra, Amarillo and Falconers Flight, and fermented with a fruit forward highly flocculant English Ale strain. Expect green tropical dank citrus, with a slightly drier-than-usual for us finish.

4oz draft pour at Rustico Alexandria. Poured a hazy orange yellow color. Aroma was a blast of tropical fruits. Mango, citrus. Really nice. Flavor had a nice citrus notes. Mild bitterness. Not overly bitter, but with a nice light grapefruit character. Liked this.

32 oz crowler shared by DCLawyer, thanks Jason! Azacca and El Dorado hopped version. Poured into a tulip. Opaque orange with off-white head. Aromas of tropical fruit, stone fruit, citrus. Tastes of floral notes, citrus, tropical fruit, pine. Medium body with a dry finish. Great stuff.

32oz growler from the brewery pours a clear gold with some sudsy, lacing white head. Nose has some lemon, light pine, light soap. A little catty, which makes me think there’s a nice dose of Amarillo here. Flavor has some light candy sweetness, lemon, soap, a little lime, vinous too. Dry finish, bitter. A standard IPA. I like the idea of a rotating concept IPA.
