Bottle. Hazy golden color with fluffy white head. Aroma is fresh bananas, cheesecake, dry spices, fresh. Taste is bananas, cheesecake, dry spices again, quite milky mouthfeel, but also refreshing. Silky mouthfeel with sparkly carbonation, just feels a tiny bit too dry. A very benchmark Weißbier.

50cl bottle. A hazy pale golden beer with a mid-sized fast diminishing white head. Aroma of mid-sweet wheat malt, clove and bubblegum. Taste of clove, mid sweet wheat malt, hints of banana. Nice!

Trocken bananiger Antrunk. Geringe, konstant bleibende Süße, süffig, durch die fehlende Süße spritzig. Trocken hefig bleibend, leicht herb, mildes und trockenes Ende. Okay. 9/8/9/7/10/9

Bottle, as Dinkelsb[hler Weisse, courtesy of Koelschtrinker. Pours murky yellow. Aroma is bubble gum, banana, coriander. Body is medium, pretty typical for a German Hefeweizen, yet rather a bit sweeter and less refreshing, softer carbonation. Quite well balanced, but there are betters.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow colour. Nice stable white head. Nicely citric flavour, not much banana.

Drank it at the Market Place in Feuchtwangen at noon. Full Weizen body, some notes of banana and blossom. All in all it’s just tasty and a bit different from the mass production Bavaria Beers. Good beer.
