Bottled. Slightly cloudy off gold. Some yeast and some lemon zest. Bit of pepper. Pretty nice little session saison if that’s a word.

750ml bottle at the July DC tasting. Poured a really hazy yellow color with an off-white head. Aroma was lemon, lime. Herbal and floral notes. Light funky character. Light sweet sugar cookie notes. Tasty!
