Bottle @ Ulfborg Winter Tasting Part ? (The Late) , 2011. Pours cloudy golden with chunks and no head. Yeast, metal, fruit and alcohol. Medium bodied. The metallic notes are too heavy!

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear orange with hardly any head. Sweet nose of oranges and some yeast. Medium body, carbonation is low, fruit and quite some metal and yeast. Bitter finish. Not so shit hot really. 251111

Bottle, 75cl. A more or less clear one, dark golden in color and with a minimal sized off-white head. Fruity and lightly malty nose with a touch of dried fruits and caramel. Dry, thin and a bit flat on the palate. Nice bitterness in the end, but the initial flavor is a bit dull. Pale malts, some yeast, quite a lot of generic fruityness. Sure drinkable, but very uninteresting. 111125

Almost no head; orange-yellow beer with a fiant haze. Fresh-smelling, garden herbs, pale malts, and white candi sugar. Yeast notes. Light bitterish main flavour, very much characterized by the mineral water quality of this pretty light beer. Very faint citrus, and maybe again a hint at some of those garden herbs. Very light palate indeed. Why the Eye-talian, only Brootcoorens knows. To me, it is as if they tried to make a British bitter. BUT THOSE HAVE SOMETHING CALLED FLAVOUR, as by serious hops, etc.
