Break My Balls remains our deepest exploration of Mosaic, a famously kaleidoscopic Pacific Northwest varietal. This 6.6% IPA is hopped exclusively with that expressive cultivar in both cryo and T-90 pellet form. Peach and apricot leap out of the glass, complimented by subtler notes of pineapple and berry.
When we brought back Break My Balls last June, we opted to give it a summer-friendly refresh. Thus, a West Coasty IPA was born, brewed with pilsner malt and Maris Otter. Turns out, this was the perfect backdrop for Mosaic’s dank cannabis side all along. So, while we may be smack dab in the middle of February, we’re keeping those light, quenching vibes alive.
Ooh baby.

16oz can pours a murky gold with some sudsy white head. Nose has flowers, melon, orange blossoms, some mango too, grapefruit the more you dig. Flavor has grist, grass, grapefruit, flowers and honey, a little melon and pineapple. Finishes oily, off dry. I like how straight forward this is. No vanilla. No fruit. Just hops and technique.

Thick lime juice vibe like it's boiled down. Hazy golden pour with good head and lacing. Clean finish with some tang.

Draft pour at Ocelot. Poured a hazy golden orange color with a small, off-white head. Aroma was solid fruity citrus. Really nice juicy zest with some zesty notes. Very flavorful! Floral hop cone finish. Really nice.
