From notes: November 2012. Poured a dark orange color with a small white head. Aroma was smooth bourbon notes, vanilla, woody barrel character seeps through. Pumpkin is kind of hidden, but not totally. Some vanilla, nutmeg, etc comes through. An interesting perspective 6 years later is that the rum barrel version seems to be the go-to barreling version of this beer.
