Black Pearl is a dry, Irish stout brewed with roasted barley and brown malt to bring out the coffee-like taste and aroma while also producing a dry-roasted bitterness in the finish. An actual Black Pearl (Tahitian Pearl) is formed from the black lipped oyster. They are primarily cultivated around Tahiti, are very rare, and are considered one of the most beautiful kinds of pearl in the world. Hawaii has a rich Polynesian culture and the Black Pearl is a signature Hawaiian gem.

Sharp roast. Pours black with good head and lacing. Bitter finish. Pretty dry like the Sonora. Some coffee. Tap at Galaxy Hut.

4 oz pour on draft at Spacebar, shared by GenDV136, thanks Donnie! Poured a dark, almost pitch black color with a small tan head. Aroma was mild roast, light chocolate. Flavor was a little bit of dark chocolate, with some dry roasted notes.
