Theta-d is a Pale Ale with notes of pineapple, tangerine, pine, and guava. We’ve got some juicy dankness with this one.

16oz can pours a murky pineapple gold with some sudsy head that faded fast. I had some can inconsistencies, but the can I chose to rate had a lot of fresh pineapple and pineapple juice on the nose, fresh squeeze orange and tangerine too, some melon, a little grass. Flavor has the same, there's a really green vegetal note though, straw, grass, melon, mango, less pineapple here, oranges, some grapefruit now. Finishes nearly full bodied, bitter and chalky. Good, but far from their best.

Guava and tangerine like they are watering down your tropical fruit juice. Hazy yellow pour. Bitter finish. Mouthfeel and taste a little thinner than some of their stuff but still above average. Tap at Churchkey.

16oz can at the November DC Ratebeer tasting. Poured a really hazy yellow-orange color with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma was aroma was some malty, sweet hop character. Citrus floral notes. Little juicy notes. Pleasant.

Draft at Churchkey. Murky grapefruit juice pour. White head, spotty lace. Grapefruit, lemon, and a little grass. Some dank to it as well. Nice light-moderate bitterness. Very drinkable.

From a 16 oz. can purchased at the brewery yesterday. Pours a murky tannish gold with an off white head. Aromas of tropical fruit and pine. Flavors are moderatley bitter citrus. Fresh and juicy. Another winner.
