For our Anniversary beer we used a Belgian yeast strain that has fruit and spice characteristics and enhanced it with blackberry and thyme.

Poured kind of a ruby brown color, mostly translucent, but with a slight opaqueness. Aroma was some funky Belgian yeast notes. Light blackberry notes, herbal character is pretty mellow in this one though. Light berry finish. Light sweet finish.
