Bladder bag at Pigs Ear '22, day one, 29/11/22. Clear golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is bitter sweet pear, light farmyard blow, hay bale, sugars. Taste comprises pear drop, tangy orchard fruit, light funk, hay bale, residual sugars. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close. Not bad.

Gravity dispense (bag-in-box) @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. As Three Saints Nice Boy Perry ]. Hazy - murky matt - grey medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, tart pear, light barnyard notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, pear, vinegar. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20170809] 7-2-7-3-14

Draft at Pigs Ear. Pale golden, cloudy, small bubbly head. Light pear aroma. Taste is more of the pears, sweet, then dry. Vert dry.

Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 5. 12/08/2017.�A hazed dull. Golden small white head. Aroma is semi sweet, apple and pear, hint of wood and strawberry.. Flavour is composed of semi sweet and tangy, hint of vinegar, funky apple and pear. Palate is semi sweet,. Moderate carbonation. Good.

Sampled @ GBBF 2017, Day 2. A hazy golden perry. Aroma of dry fruity apples and perries, sulfits. Taste of dry fruity perries, tart apples, sulfits, nice.

Draft @ Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. Pours hazy yellow, some lemon, astringent, tangy, sour and a touch of pastry on the finish. Not amazing.

From a polypin at the Great Welsh Beer & Cider Festival 10/06/10. Silvery-yellow in colour with a hint of carbonation. An easy drinking perry with plenty of medium dry juice, a touch of barnyard character and lingering finish. Very good.
