Rochdale Winter Ale Trail 2025 Beer#3 at what is officially Venue 8, although it's a perry this time. It's a very dry perry, fairly strong tasting, but the fruit is also strong enough to make its mark too. Very pale yellow appearance and a fruity aroma.

From the cellar (bladder?) at the Plough, Worcester, 03/09/22. Pale, almost translucent light yellow, with little in the way of a head. Nose is sweet pear, sugars, apple hint, straw. Taste comprises pear drop, orchard fruits, stewed pears, residual sugars, light tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent Perry.
