Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours still and clear, with a very slight yellow tinge. Very good legs. Aroma of apple, styrofoam, and dried (unfermented) yeast that you would buy from a homebrew store, and a bit of the outside of a basketball. Taste is very sweet (probably back sweetened, given that it is a still wine), with a bit of granny smith apple tartness and a bit of a bitter apple stem finish. Syrupy and a still mouthfeel.

750 ml bottle ordered from the winery: Nose is nice and freshly apply without much tartness, mostly sweet smelling; translucent pale yellow with no carbonation; taste has mild tartnesswith only a tiny bit of sweetness; much less sweet than a lot of ciders; flavor of granny smiths and golden delicious mixed; supposed to be seven kinds of apples; can’t wait to try the dry one! At the price of this ($12) I will order more later!
