on tap-pours a thin white head with deep amber color. Aroma is sweet light/medium malt-doughy/caramel. Taste is light/medium malt-bready/doughy/caramel, slightly bitter hops, a bit yeasty.

On tap at Franklins. Pours a very murky, very deeply translucent, nearly opaque amber with not one speck of head. Aroma was nice, sweet, malty, floral, biscuit dough, a little vinous fruit. Flavor was sweet, honey, caramel, Belgian yeast, malts. Finish is full bodied and sweet. Very nice. There are hints throughout the beer of the unique type of honey used. I just with there was some head.
