Tap at Rootz Spring festival. Near black pour with thin offwhite head. Sweet roasted malts, caramel, leather, light mushrooms, truffle. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

7 3 7 3 15Draft at Rootz Pinkster Lentebierfestival ‘18. Hazy brown with a ring tan head. Aroma of overripe dark fruits, caramel, raisin, clove and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Rootz Festival. Dark brown with off white head. Dry toasty notes, soft dough, caramel, dried plums, light cloves and yeast. Not a typical dunkelweizen. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with a bit dry finish. Ok
