0,75l from bottle at a Beach Restaurant in Getxo. Vintage 2016, BB 27.04.2017. dark yellow lightly cloudy color. smells sour, green apples, light funk, bit grassy. Full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes grassy, sour, green apples, citric. finishes medium sour with notes of grass, citrus and some green apples. good one, nice thirst quencher.

Draught @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a fading white head. Aroma of green appels, apple core, light wood, little sulphur. Flavor is light tart, green unripe apples, little sulphur, wood. Thin to medium body, soft to average carbonation, dry finish. 010617

Tap @ fermentoren, Aarhus. Small head with hardly any duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich sour apples, fruits, sulphur. Nice tart and sour finish.

Tasted from the tap on the 03/07/2016. Hazy golden colour with no head. Aroma of green aples and lightly vinegar. Taste is refreshing and fruity. Medium carbonation. Next one please!

KØLF 161015. Golden-yellow colour with an off-white head. Aroma is sourness, apple. Flavour is sourness, apple, citrus, apple, core. Nice cider.

4oz pour in Astigarra. Comes a hazy, dandelion yellow with zero head. Nose has lemon juice, tart apple juice, a little honey. Flavor is lightly sweet and lightly tart, mild acid, lightly limey. Refreshing finish.
