Growler at Rootz Spring festival. Hazy yellow with no head. Sweet honeywine, light kind of honey, floral, plasticcy, lemon, passionfruit, sake, juniper, big alcohol. Sweet and moderate bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. // Shared from bottle at The Hague Tasting. clear pale straw. Sweet light honey.

7 3 7 3 14Growler at Rootz Pinkster Lentebierfestival ‘18. Hazy very light golden with a ring white head. Aroma is sake like upfront with floral honey and alcohol behind. Flavour is above moderate sweet. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Growler sampled at Rootz Festival. Bit hazy pale straw with small white head. Lots of white wine, soft honey, sweet rice, light herbs, alcohol, soft lime, puke. Medium sweet and over medium bitter. Medium bodied with dry finish.
