Al naso note di mela annurca, leggero citrico, stalla, una nota vinosa. In bocca è acida medio-leggera, vinosa leggera, rustica, sporca, secca in chiusura. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione leggera. Piuttosto po' grezza, ma interessante.

Bottle 750ml. @ [ Tasting by Fin & Loz ].Unclear light yellow colour with a small small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is moderate apple, perfume, citrus. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, soapy, citrus tart, apple tart, farmyard, dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.
