on tap-pours a light tan head. Color is amber. Aroma is grain. Taste is malty (with a little chocolate malt?) over the hops that sneaks out nicely, mild carbonation.

Amber in colour with almost no head. Sweet maltiness in the aroma. Hoppy initial taste with some maltiness surrounding the taste and palate! A very well-rounded beer that finishes nicely, although it is a bit watery throughout. I had this on tap at the brewpub in Colorado Springs, CO on 10-August-2003.
