on tap-pours a thin white head, color is a hazy light yellow. Aroma of banana. Taste is banana & clove with light carbonation. Good, but middle of the pack for this type.

Hazy blonde in colour with no head. Served with a slice of lemon alongside hides some of the aroma, but when taken off, there is a yeastie scent with some bananas thrown in. Just the way a nice unfiltered wheat should smell like. Light-bodied, subtle yeastiness with some malt noticeable. Overall a very nice beer for summer, and a pretty good unfiltered wheat. I had this on tap at the brewpub in Colorado Springs, CO on 10-August-2003.
