Dec. ’16. On tap at 4:20, with Roman ratebeer crew. It poured a hazy golden body with a big head. Weaker aroma of ripe apricot and banana, sugar, sweet and simple. Flavor was sweet as well, lightly estery, sugary and very lightly herbal bitter. Simple as well. Medium bodied with long finish, which followed the flavor, adding more to the bitterness maybe. Alcohol was here, but not too much felt. Not that bad as it might sound from the notes, simple but pleasant, although too sweet for a tripel.

On tap at Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Dorata pallida, lievemente torbida, schiuma media, molto persistente. Al naso sentori di lieviti e frutta gialla, malto, leggera speziatura, esteri. In bocca è mediamente dolce con finale amaro che bilancia abbastanza bene, discretamente secca. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Non male davvero.

Tap at 4:20 in Rome-Italy. Ver hazy golden pour, medium white head leaving big drafts on the glass. Nose: a bit dusty at first, it continues malty caramel. Mouth: sweet malt, some esters and a little peppery mild end.
