Dec. ’16. On tap at 4:20, with Roman ratebeer crew. It poured a hazy yellow with medium head. Very nice aroma of fresh hops - citrus in the first plan, some tropical fruits and pepper. Flavor was bitter hoppy with some vegetable off note somewhere in the middle, but it was overwhelmed with its other qualities. Namely, citrus peel, herbs, grass, spices, but also nice honey, fruit and biscuit malt. Medium body with quite a long, very pleasant finish that ended totally dry. A decent pale ale. This brewery gained some reputation in local craft circles and I definitely can see why.

Tap at King Arthur in Ciampino-Italy. Hazy light golden pour, almost clear. Medium white foam with a good retention. Nice appearance. Nose: certainly lime, sage too, some rosemary. Mouth: medium-high carbonation, easy and tasty, zest, bitter lime peel notes. Another good VF!
