#23 Session

Dec. ’16. On tap at 4:20, with Roman ratebeer crew. Numbering of these sessions seems a bit futile and useless. Maybe not for hipstery craft beer trends. Anyway, it poured a hazy pale yellow body, lightly green hued with medium sized head. Nice fresh zesty hops in aroma, freshly cut pine and citrus. Flavor was bitter, citrus, pine and herbal with very light biscuit to fruity malt backbone. Not particularly rich in body of course but offered a nice long dry finish. A very, very fine session IPA. These can hardly be better this simple.

On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Dorata acida, appena torbida, schiuma bianca media persistente. Al naso sentori di frutta tropicale, melone, agrumi, anche una nota erbacea. In bocca ha una base di malto leggera con amaro abbastanza pronunciato. Corpo esile, carbonazione media. Ottima session come sempre.

Tap at 4:20 in Rome-Italy. Semi clear just slightly hazy pale golden pour, tick white foamy head (retention and drafts). Nose: quite piney, resin, fruity notes. Mild and balance...fresh hoppy soul. Mouth: frizzy and super peppery, champagne like texture, resinous. Yes.
