Dec. ’16. On tap at 4:20, with Roman ratebeer crew. It poured a hazy pale yellow body with a medium sized head. Fine aroma, lemon, light chalk and citrus peel with coriander as a spice. Flavor sourish, lightly sweet. Chalk, vague honey and biscuit, a bit of spices other than coriander (pepper, cloves even maybe). Quite thin but with long finish where spices, especially pepper dominated. Subtle, a bit on the weaker side but pretty fine for what it is.

On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Dorata scarica, torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso sentori di bergamotto, scorza d’arancia, citronella, coriandolo. In bocca ha un attacco dolciastro abbastanza ben bilanciato da un finale acidulo e secco. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Non male, ma forse si poteva osare di più.

Tap at 4.20 in Rome-Italy with heavy from Croatia. Pale cloudy golden-hay color, frothy white head. Nose: coriander silky notes, herbs and much zest. Mouth: carbonation is good, silky wheat notes and decently clean finish.
