Tap. Pours clear yellow straw, small white head, great residual and lacing. Aroma is hardwood smoke, smoked bologna, campfire coals. Flavor has a hint of tartness, light, dry, fairly smoky, meaty. Light body, low carbonation. Too damn meaty
