This mixed fermentation saison, fermented and aged in Venus Spirits' gin barrels for 10 months, delicately combines the essence of each. Floral juniper, sweet orange, lavender, and sage intermingle with cracked pepper, earthy spice, and vanilla oak, finished with a light acidity and effervescence. Nuanced and refined, yet bold and brash, VSCRL presents a unique drinking experience.

Bottle picked up at the brewery. Shared with Brian. Pours clear golden yellow, small white head, dissipates slowly, good lacing. Aroma is gin, botanical, herbal, oak, lemon, floral, bugs. Flavor is light tart, light plus funk, floral, oaky, herbal and bright. Light plus body. Excellent. This YoE line is a major undiscovered gem. I expect it to blow up at some point.
