It's just so hard to stay up past 11 anymore.
This is an incredibly soft 5.4% Wheat Chamomile IPA with Azacca, Amarillo, El Dorado, and Mosaic Lupulin.
I have a ton to do tomorrow and I have that big presentation that I have to be on point for.
We then pushed the hot wort through a heap of fresh, locally grown Chamomile flowers and fermented with our favorite IPA yeast.
The kids are going to have me up at 5:30 anyways so might as well hit the hay at a reasonable time.
The result is a fluffy and pleasantly dry IPA with the soothing and somewhat minty Chamomile supporting the orange sherbet, candied pineapple and marionberry notes from the hops.
If I get 8 hours I'm golden.
I've got to stop binge watching Netflix and actually start getting ready for bed. After this episode.

Tap. Pours hazy yellow straw,, small white head. Aroma is citrus, juicy fruit, a bit dank, lime, floral. Flavors is light sweet, very light bitter. Light body, juicy, tropical. Good. 4,8,8,5,16
