Known as the "beer of the miners", a Grisette is a Belgian-style ale with similarities to a Saison (aka, the "beer of the farmers"). Golden and crisp, Grisettes are traditionally lighter than Saisons. As such, Contact On Second features the same yeast strain used in our People Power Saison with a simple body brewed with Bohemian Pilsner & Wheat. Delicate additions of Huell Melon hops add subtle notes of honeydew and berry to produce an even-balanced, light beer to brighten even the longest of days.
