Tap. Pores hazy straw, small white head, good lacing. Aroma is sour mash, citrus, lime zest, hint of passionfruit. Flavor is light tart, citrus, mineral water. Light body. Crushable.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy, pale yellow, with a big, frothy, white head. Aroma of salt crackers, lemon, biscuits, some light berries. Very tart, with some nice, citrusy sweetness. Light to medium body, crisp, and very acidic. Clean finish. This is a light, refreshing, and very flavorful beer. Very impressed.
