Cask @ GBBF 2011. Pours an amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty slightly floral hoppy aroma. Fruity malty caramel flavor with hoppy bitter hints. Has a fruity malty hoppy finish.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, nutty - earthy, nut peel. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110803]

Cask at GBBF 2011, Day 3. Pours a clear, amber-brown wth a light, whtie film head. Toast and leaves on the nose. Mild sweet flavor, some biscuity malts. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Light herbal and leafy bitter fiish. Nice beer, just pretty basic.

Cask@GBBF2011. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruity, floral, honeyish, wooden and mildly toasted and herbal notes as well. Flavour is bready malts, some wood, earth and mild floral hoppyness to it. Yet quite bitter and dry in the finish.
