Copper spontaneous-fermented beer matured in oak barrels, the "classic" craft beer for meditation. Behind it there is the same inspiration of our Divina, infact it has sour, vinous and fruity hints, with slight wild-flowers notes.
Excellent with red meat, herbal cheeses and goat cheeses, shellfish and fruit tarts.
Good as aperitif, not just during the summer, but also during the coldest seasons.

Säuerlicher, deutlich zu stark karbonisierter Antrunk. Dabei auch etwas süß, mild fruchtig, dezente Honignoten. Fruchtig nach Pfirsichen, dezente Säuerlichkeit. 11/11/12/9/11

Pours cloudy reddish brown color with off white head. Sour vinegar aroma with some oak. Similar flavors. Medium body with average carbonation. There are much better, less expensive beers in this style.

Bottle shared at RBSG hotel. Pours orange with white head. Nose/taste of funk, feety yeast, orange peel, lemon candy and touch of bandaid in finish. Medium body.

Bottle, thanks for sharing! Pours a hazy amber with a tan head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has sour red fruits with underlying notes of sweet grain and toffee. Flavor has an odd combo of sour red fruit with some earthy sweet grains and toffee.

Bottle - Lots of funk and cheesy feet. Cloudy copper with a rich bubbly head. Funky band aid, apricot, metallic with a long finish. First sip is horrible, but it gets better. Still not great, but give it a few and it gets ok.

Pours gold into a tulip. Off-white head fills bulb. Marshmallow and oak aromas. Crisp with funky citrus and tart cherry front to back and into the bitter oak finish.

Bottle @ Van Moll Tasting shared by Erwin. Hazy orangy color, small white head. Nice aroma, balanced light sourness, orange. Taste also has a lot of orange and again balanced loght soft sourness. Lively carbonation, medium body. Well I quite like it. Nice.
