US Pint can in the San Clemente Wine Company on 2nd September 2025. Third beer of the day (second new rate), it's 12:00 Noon. Bright golden body, snow white crown. Pleasant Festbier, slightly more malty than hoppy, decent all round.

Blik 47,3cl in Ermelo. Grainy, citrustonen, wat caramel, redelijk zacht, maltig. (29-8-2025).

Optisch trüb, Schaum passt, in der Nase etwas künstlich, im Trunk ebenso unrund. Sehr süß, buttrig, mit einem Oktoberfestbier hat das wirklich nicht viel zu tun.

Pour is a hazy honey color with a large pillowy white head. Aroma is grain, toasted malt and lager notes. Flavor is about the same. Gritty graininess with some toasted white bread and some sulfur lager notes. Decent and tasty.
