Caramel color with a medium sized foamy head. Toasty malt, tangy, vegetal and faint hibiscus. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied.

Pour is a red with a large white head. A huge red sludge poured out at the end. Aroma is a nice hibiscus floral and a minor yeast ester. Flavor is hibiscus and red wine notes but does not lose the triple aspect with a decent dry malt and Belgian yeast. Finish is tart and estery. I am not usually fond of adding adjuncts to Belgian styles but this one was a decent mix of both adjunct and tripel
