Draught @ The Bungalow, Chicago IL. Foeder aged version. Faintly cloudy dark yellow with a very small frothy light beige head, that's practically only a ring, acidic aroma, high carbonation, medium tart taste with acidic flavor, faintly woodsy, smooth thin body, long finish. A nice saison.

Golden with a medium sized white head. Tart, dry, herbal, citric, musty and a bit earthy. Long finish. Medium body.

On tap at Bungalow. Pours a clear dull gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has dry grass and light flora with a hint of citrus and grains underlying. Flavor has lots of grass and grain with light flora and bread backing.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is some tart yeast funk with some honey. Flavor is more of a neutral malt with a little fruity funk with a bland finish. Kind of going on the right direction but fell a little flat with some light yeast presence. Needs a little more oomph.
