Pour is a black with a nice roasted coffee aroma. Flavor is some roast and a very minor coffee. If this did not have coffee on the label I really could not tell if coffee was added or it was just the roast from the malts. Finish is a decent roast but again not a big coffee flavor. It’s no Founders breakfast stout by a long shot but those that like a nice roasted stout without a strong coffee flavor may enjoy this.
