Pour at the brewery in snifter. Clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is citrus, some dry pils malt and some yeasty esters. Flavor is a spicy hop with a bigger yeast presence and more of a dry pils or lager type malt. The brewer took a lesson in saison 101 but it worked here as this is a easy drinking beer with plenty of yeasty barnyard and spicy hop flavor.
