Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, UK yeast notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, late finish has acrid bitter notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110803]

Cask @ GBBF, 2011. Pours clear golden with a off white head. Floral hoppy and vaguely buttery. Grain and hay. A bit thin. Ends bitter.

From cask. Pours clear and golden orange with an off-white and creamy lacing head. Aroma is mild fruity and slight spiced hoppy. Bitter, light malty and crisp hoppy. Bitter and slight citric finish.

Cask@GBBF2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, sweet malts, some earthy and mildly herbal notes in a nice balance. Flavour is fruits, wood, earth, some mild sulphur and quite herbal as well. Quite bitter finish.

Cask gravity at Gbbf 2011. Neil had this and looked in good nick. And it is. Golden clear thick ivory head. Yeasty aroma. Its nae bad. Some hop sting on finish. Very attractive yeasty bitter /golden ale with some hop bite on the finish. Very good. Some nuttiness even
