Pour is a hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is a nice coriander with wheat malt and a bit of some spice. Flavor is more pleasant bready wheat malt and coriander. There is some spicy bitterness after the swallow. Very thick mouthfeel for a wit. This is probably what Hoegaarden was like back in the day before being bought out. Very pleasant beer
