Bottled. A hazy amber cider with a light bubbly off-white head. The aroma has notes of apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples and a bit of applecore, leading to a dry finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 25 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a tiny rough white head. Sweet apple juice aroma with a little Brett. Medium body, no carbonation, sweet apple juice accents and some late baking yeast. 230112

33 cL clear bottle. Pours hazy orange with no head. Aroma is dry apple and brett. Mid citric and fruity, medium dry brett. Ends dry and lingering fruity.

Bottle 250ml. clear glass.Unclear light to medium orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, light vanilla. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration, sweet appels not much else to say. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20111001]

Bottle @ Autumn Tasting, Ulfborg 2011. Pours cloudy orange with chunks and a small off white head. Fresh apples. Dry and sweet but quite refreshing. Red apples. Smooth and dry. Nice.
