Pale Ale with Passionfruit — We took a farmhouse pale ale base recipe, hopped it with a ton of Citra, and added a ridiculous amount of Passionfruit. Why? Because why not, that’s why.

Pour looks like lemonaid with a small fizzy white head. Aroma is passion fruit but also a tart lactic acid. Flavor is like a Flintstone vitamin. Kind if fruity but also very chalky with a bit of tartness on the back end. This did not know what it wants to be. Fruity beer, saison or pale ale. I found it not to be any, this is low on flavor, medium on tartness and high on blandness. The best thing about this beer is the glittery can.
