Cask (gravity) @ The 17th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2011, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, sweet bread, toffee, sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light light acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration, malt acidic, sugar sweet, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110428]

Cask gravity at Planet Thanet BF 2011. Very dark brown with ruby hints. Looks in cracking condition from the pour. Juicy raisins on the aroma. So drinkable. Love the raisins throughout. Lovely. Rich and drinkable slightly sticky and gorgeous.
