New England IPA x Berliner Weisse
Aiming to create a new beer style that is not limited to just one, this beer combines the strengths of two styles and is brewed with red velvet cake as the motif. Although not the typical BERLINER WEISSE style, the red color was expressed by using hibiscus and raspberry juice to match the motif of red velvet cake.
It has a steamy red opaque appearance and pink foam, giving a moderate body feel and a soft texture. When you drink it, you can experience the refreshing acidity and the aroma and flavor of hops through dry hopping (Sorachi Ace, Citra), as well as the fruity flavors of raspberry and the taste and aroma of hibiscus, creating a fantastic harmony among all the ingredients.

Draught at K-Beer festival, Seoul. Cloudy, orange gold colored. AROMA- a bit funky, kettle sour tones, candies, apricot, tomatoes, carrots, citrusy, flowery, sweet. FLAVOR- just slightly sweet, lightly salty, moderately sour, slightly bitter, leafy, fruity, raspberry, wild strawberry, kettle sour, alcohol. Medium bodied. Very nice.
