Kveik IPA

Jemně zakalená světlá barva se šťavnatou a hladkou sametovou chutí.
Díky KVEIK kvasnicím, známe tím, že kvasí ve velmi vysokých teplotách (mezi 35-40 °C) je pivo hodně prokvašené, čímž je dosaženo příjemně suchého závěru a pivo je krásně pitelné. Samotné kvasnice nechávají v pivu i citrusové tony, zejména v podobě citronu a limetky. Použili jsme v největším podílu chmel El Dorado a Strata, které dávají pivu aroma sladkého tropického ovoce, hlavně manga a ananasu a byly použity i v Cryo formě na studené chmelení. Celé to doplňuje chmel Centennial, který přidá do chuti nezaměnitelnou chuť grapefruitu s malou dávkou pryskyřice.

Slightly cloudy light colour with a juicy and smooth velvety taste. Thanks to the KVEIK yeast, known for fermenting at very high temperatures (between 35-40 °C), the beer is very fermentable, which results in a pleasantly dry finish and makes the beer beautifully drinkable. The yeast itself also leaves citrus tones in the beer, particularly in the form of lemon and lime. We used the largest proportion of El Dorado and Strata hops, which give the beer an aroma of sweet tropical fruits, mainly mango and pineapple, and were also used in Cryo form for cold hopping. This is complemented by Centennial hops, which add an unmistakable grapefruit flavour with a small dose of resin.
