16 Oz. can, thanks to Timmy! Pours a murky, orange-ish brown color, with a small, foamy, beige head. The aroma is heavy cloves and nutmeg, apple cider, caramel, and raisins. Sweet and malty and quite savory. Medium body, lively, and a bit acidic. Quality and fun cider-ish beer.

16 ounce can. Hazy chestnut brown color. Large, frothy tan head. Aromas of baked apple, nutmeg, cinnamon, clove and vanilla. Flavor mirrors nose. Big notes of caramel, cinnamon and vanilla throughout. Soft mouthfeel. Sweet, spicy finish.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 30C: cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, vanilla, caramel). Can 44 cl - Batch undeclared (BB undeclared). AROMA: medium-high cinnamon and nutmeg aroma, followed by medium-low clove. slightly sweet background. APPEARANCE: orange-ish amber body and clear. medium beige head, creamy, with good retention. slight lace formation. TASTE: similar to the aroma with initial medium nutmeg and clove, followed by slight cinnamon. medium-low malty background, overwhelmed by the spices. medium bitterness with a semy-dry finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium-high carbonation. slight alcoholic warmth. OVERALL: although this spiced beer has a good spice character, it overshadows the base malt profile rendering it a bit unbalanced towards spices.
