Bottle pours slightly opaque copper with gold hues and lasting semi loose off white head. The aroma starts with apple and apple skin followed by spicy saisin yeast that I have a tough time putting descriptive words to and then a mild acidic note and funkiness. The taste is interesting with a mix of sweet apple, tarter tannin like fruit skins, yeasty spices and then some funk and mild rauch malts to peatiness too. Interesting. So at times it gets sort of plastic with the peat and the smoke and at other times more funky. I like the oddness of this beer.

bottle pours light gold with a thick white head. Aroma is wheat, bubblegum, big floral honey notes. Flavor is light pale grain, almost gritty buckwheat with big saison yeast notes that are floral but also sting the pallet with grassy/metallic notes. Not bad.

Bottle 22fl.oz.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate yeasty, smoke - plastic. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, smoke - plastic, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111001]

Clear light amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light smoky, yeasty and grainy. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 011011

Bottle. Slightly hazy amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, little smoke and meat. Flavour is malt, smoke, plastic, caramel and fruit.

Bottle @ Autumn Tasting, Ulfborg 2011. Pours clear golden with a creamy white head and lacings. Phenolic nose and flavor. Rubber, leather and smoke. Medium bodied

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, yeast, malt, smoke and hops.

Bottle. Pours with a lightly hazed golden body and a small white head that lasts. Aroma is grainy, estery, phenols, chlorophenols, smoke and asphalt. Not exactly what I am looking for in a saison. Flavors are rubbery, chlorophenols, smokey, rubber cement, bandaids. Grainy, lightly spicy, minimal hops. Dry balance. Dry, lively bubbles. I have no idea why I keep buying products from these guys. Every single beer they put out is messed up, most with intense chlorophenols.

Bomber a gift from Kiapepito and Enniskillen they got at Bevmo Salinas. Nose is yeasty, with mild hints of banana, citrusy tartness, and a sweet note. Lightly hazy orange with constant bubbliness, and one finger, very long lasting, heavily lacing, pale yellow head. Flavor is typical saison with yeast, light constrasting tart and sweet caramel notes, and even a finishing hint of bitterness.

Bottle. Amber beer with a cream colored head. Malt and fruity esters in the aroma with dust, yeast, and light spice. Malt and fruit flavor with light spice and light yeast. Medium bodied. Fruity esters linger with malt and light spice.
